Request action
When you need the receiver to take some action, you may use:

We would appreciate it if you could dispatch us the latest brochure of your goods.

Request information
When you need some information from the receiver or the others, you could also use the
below sentences. For example:

.Please could you give us some further details.
.We would be grateful if you could let us know about the price of your S series products.
.We would be appreciate it if you could inform us the delivery date.


Or you may use:
