生產力評量與控制

教學目標:

1. 能分辨績效的好壞,才能有效管理;本課程在探討組織與系統績效(生產力),並以營建系統為案例,研究組織、人力、工法、資訊回饋等生產力影響因子。

2. 以科學化、合理化的原則,應用現代化之資訊科技,調查、記錄、分析工班活動與工率(生產力)、並據以預估及規劃營建作業,以精進工程管理技術,達到縮短工期、降低成本、減少意外、提昇整體營建生產力的目標。

3. 培養客觀觀察、有效蒐集、記錄分析資料、及獨力執行研究之能力。

 

課程簡介:

生產力模型、營建系統與流程模型、資料包絡線(DEA)、基準生產力、學習曲線、及與績效評估等相關課題之探討。
